periwinkle

for almost a week now, i’ve been feeling the compulsion of getting me that chihuahua i’ve always wanted ( doesn’t matter that mother thinks of me a freak for wanting a small and ugly dog, or that other family members think of me as the last pragmatic person on earth…heck there are already three dogs at home, there’s no more room for one!!!)

i also recognize the fact that i am not fully capable of caring for a doggie right now ( yes, no matter how minute the thing is, i still am not ) considering i’m the busiest bum ever BUT i so want the thing anyway BECAUSE i want to name him/her PERIWINKLE ( what? mother’s right i’m a freak?…why name a dog after a plant or snail? what’s so not right about it anyway? would the doggie be stripped off his dignity as dog? answer that!).

i guess some people do things because they want to, decide on something for the lamest reason ever or for none at all. isn’t everyone entitled to occasional irrationality or stupidity ? i’m in the affirmative…it doesn’t matter if everyone else is not.

it’s being irresponsible ( i see the picture ) but i want my PERIWINKLE!!!
