i came home to my little,beautiful,romantic city four days ago. although i’ve been complaining about not being too excited to go home because i’ve so warmed up to the urban jungle, there’s always this nice kick i get meeting friends and not so friends again after a long while. it feels good to throw his and how are yous, waves and smiles to everyone i run into in campus, downtown, coffeeshop etc etc. this is always the scenario whenever i come home on vacay. this particular homecoming has earned  me  a lot of  teasing thanks to the pic i posted with the caption "the new love of my life".  comments like  " who’s the lucky guy?"  , "so when’s the wedding?",  "  i’m so happy for you  " sure gave a bit of shock in the system… and amusement.
everyone seems to have forgotten what a chicken i am when it comes to serious stuff.and marriage? now that’s something people should stop asking me about. it’s too much to handle.however if it’s jamie oliver asking, i’d say yes no matter how unprepared i am. then again i know it’s wishful thinking.

he’s married to a supermodel and he’s got two cute babies by her. yep, the new love of my life. he concocts incredible salad dressings in a flash.
